Our little flower is 6 months! So cliche, but really where has the time gone?! I'm so happy she is in our family and for the new dimension of motherhood I am able to learn and experience with her. I can't believe that six months ago I was holding this brand new little babe still trying to grasp the reality that this precious baby I was holding was a she and not a he! But I wouldn't trade her for anything, how grateful we are for her.
She has so much tenderness and happiness that comes with her. She is the calmest baby ever and so patient and kind with me and my business. She is so patient with her brothers that are constantly trying to help her and play with her and love her. She adores her daddy and just stares and smiles at him anytime he is near her.
At six months she is 13.8 lbs, has big dark blueish eyes, and very little hair but it looks like she might be a brunette! She has a smile that lights up the room and mixed with those big eyes, she draws people to her. She doesn't have any teeth, isn't sitting up by herself but can roll herself over if she wants to. She knows her name and the faces and voices of our family. She doesn't like it when Mommy walks by her without picking her up. She just started eating solids (rice, green beans, and applesauce right now) and can sleep through the night but doesn't always do it (hopefully one day soon)!
Anyway, we love her to pieces...here are some of my favorite pictures of her from these last 6 months...oh how I love her (have I mentioned that yet)!
